Is outside caterer allowed to come to Demers?
Absolutely! Even though we do have in-house catering service, Demers is always happy to work with outside caterers. We understand that some clients have a favorite restaurant that they would like to have as a caterer for their special event.
Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol?
Yes! You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol at no additional cost. That way, not only do you get to control the alcohol consumption at your event, but you also get to minimize your alcohol budget as well. Typically when you go with a venue which requires you to get alcohol through them, they will charge you at least $10 – $15 per person. In reality, you only spend about $3-$5 per person when you buy your own alcohol because not everybody drinks at your event and you don’t always have to stock up the bar with different types of hard liquor. Absolutely!
Does Demers allow other outside vendors?
Yes! We allow all outside vendors at no additional cost. We also provide logistical planning to make sure everything flows smoothly during your event.
What is the latest time we can have our event til?
Our packages are priced until midnight. However, you are more than welcome to stay later at an additional hourly overtime fee.
How many guests can your facility accommodate?
Demers can accommodate events of up to 300 guests for a ceremony and reception.
Can I customize or take certain services out of a package?
Demers event packages are designed to offer flexibility and customization. All of our packages can be fully tailored to your vision. During your visit to Demers, we will go over all of the details and help you identify what services you might need. A credit can be extended for various items listed in our packages that you would like to take out.
What if it rains and our ceremony was scheduled to be held outside?
Demers weather contingency plan requires using your reception facility for your ceremony. The middle of the dance floor will be setup with rows of chairs to create the isle. Additional decor will be used to create a stunning backdrop.
Is there enough parking for all of my guests?
Yes! We have a few parking lots adjacent to the banquet hall. Valet parking is also included in majority of the packages offered at Demers.

How much is the deposit and what is the payment plan?
At Demers, we offer our clients the opportunity to make monthly installment payment. We take the total cost and divide it by the number of months from the day you sign the contract until one month prior to your event. This calculation will give you your first payment to reserve the date and your monthly payments. Your payments will be the same amount every month on the 1st or the 15th. However, if there is a different payment plan that works better for you, please let us know and we will be more than happy to work with you.
